Music and loud instruments always cut Nick's attention but was electronic music that cut his attention the most. He started collecting pieces of information, mixes and music from different kinds of DJ's, producers and artists which he liked at that time, before he was even able to mix records together. Finally, in year 2000 he was ready to start learning the art of DJing. The music Nick plays can be described as a mixture of the finest deep, sexy, underground house and Detroit techno vibes all blended together to create a deep journey thru a wide spectrum of electronic music, a journey into the soul thru emotions and feelings. To achieve this he also re-edits many of the tunes he play, cutting out vocals, adding beats, loops or simply mashing them up with other tunes in order to give them his own personal twist. Many of these edits ended inside the bags of people like Desyn Masiello, Luke Fair, Paolo Mojo, Nic Fanciulli. Nick has also made his first step into production, as with his local fellows “Bunkerstudio” they produced “Canicola”, a tune that has already found the favour of some of the top djs across the board. With such commitments and results , it wasn’t long before promoters abroad noticed Nick’s abilities. After playing at Oslo’s night “Dirty Grooves”, an unannounced opening set for one of the best summer festivals around, the infamous Croatian “Rabac Summer Festival 2006”, “Klatka” Club in Warsaw and “RDZA” in Krakow, more foreign bookings for Nick are been taken for 2007, as he’s getting more and more the exposure he really deserves. www.myspace.com/nickdk
