Transfer bungs/agents http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/4606434.stm Why don't FIFA set up a system, similar to coaching qualifications, whereby you have to apply for an official licence to be a footballer's agent. That way they could keep tabs on everyone.
Re: Transfer bungs/agents you have to go through a fifa based test etc and study like fuck already and the test is extremely hard .have to get full marks i think ive seen the a few of the questions that get used for the test paper, seemingly fifa were wanting it made slightly easier as not enough the pass rate was very low but at the end of the day id say about 75% are crooked corrupt cunts since the bosman happend they have gotten worse due to players just seeing out there contracts
