    Anyone planning on travelling anywhere on friday by train... think again!!!

    The fuckers aren't running due to union strike!!!

    Well pissed off, meant to be going to Birmingham to see my g/f.

    About the only company that's running is GNER.

    Guards have called a series of 24hr strikes through the RMT union.

    Strike is Friday 00:00 - 23.59
    Again on Monday 00:00 - 23.59
    And again on a thurday I think the week after that

    It means I've got to leave work at dinner time and get the National Express coach to Leeds, then on to Brum after that! Gonna take me bloody hours!!! Well fucked off about it! No mention of bus replacements either at the minute!!!

    Hope it doesn't spoil the weekend though. Really looking froward to seeing the g/f again :love:
