    In Britain, a summer shower can make the front-page news. Just imagine, then, the excitement if we were ever on the receiving end of something like this tornado...

    It sprang up, from nowhere, in the middle of a school football pitch, somewhere in Japan... and yes of course, there was a snap-happy cameraman on hand to capture the action...
