    Toon sign Simpson

    from skysports.com -

Newcastle United have completed the signing of defender Danny Simpson on loan from Manchester United.

The 22-year-old defender has agreed a deal with the Championship club that will keep him at St James' Park until January.

Good signing imo, good, young full-back - Sunderland raved about him when he was on loan there

Duff & Steven Taylor rumoured to be going aswell - Duff to Fulham for £4 million & Taylor to Everton for £8 million if Lescott goes

How much of that will we see pumped back into the club? NOWT

Very good signing IMO for the toon

Watched him week in week out for 6 months when he was on loan at Sunderland, hes a very good young full back, especially in the championship. Quick, good going forward and loves a tackle. Was disappointed he didnt come permanently when we got promoted and still wouldnt mind him at Sunderland now.

do you think taylor will go?

he was always banging on about how he will stay with the club and he is a local lad, but the lure of big money and the prem must be enough for a player
