TOFFS clear Anyone in toon over the next few days may wish to have a rummage through the special offer items currently on sale at the Old Fashioned Football Shirt Company shop on Shakespeare Street. TOFFS are flogging off around 1,000 assorted football shirts that for one reason or another didn't get sold - wrong size or wrong number on the back, slight seconds etc. For that reason this is an offer for personal callers only - sorry no mail order this time. Toffs in toon: next to the Adelphi and the Theatre Royal Teams across the TOFFS range from Aberdeen to Zaire are represented, but for most there's only one or two examples of varying sizes and there's no Newcastle stock in the offer. The sale stock is upstairs in the shop and is priced between £15 and £20 per shirt, but if you mention NUFC.com the ever-helpful staff will knock an extra £5 per shirt off that price. The shop is open from 9am to 5.15pm, Monday to Saturday.
