    Tips To Quit Smoking

    Im 4 days into my 5th attempt to give up smoking, im now at the stage where im wanting one

    just wondering if any of have managed to quit and stay a non smoker :(

    if you have nicorette patches, put one over each eye and one over your mouth. You cant see tabs and you cant put one in your mouth.

    On a serious note, just taste things. you will notice things are a lot tastier when you dont smoke as your tastebuds are free of shit.

    Well done for trying btw, i cant imagine how hard it is.
