This evenings performance... Well the club has the least amount of people I've seen since I started going to promise last year. Suppose it's cause Sunny D & Crasher this weekend. I reckon some will be saving for next weeks performance too! Anyways, still had a good night. Was impressed with the dj's set - Kerry really worked the crowd and loved Insomnia and What ya Got for me! Top selection imo! Tunes of the night for me were, Tiesto: Obsession, Perpetual Dreamer (spelling) : The sound of goodbye, Insomnia (HH remix), Signum - What ya got for me. And *sings* I don' know...* Would have been nice if club was bit fuller not only for better atmosphere but also for dj's! *forgets rest of lyrics!

Was my worst ever promise. promise has being quite bad recently last week was bad and this week was even worse. The crowd in promise is becoming really bad now. on friday it was almost empty, and ive never being in a club with so many dicks in as on friday. Thought robbie nelson was quite poor found his tune selection was poor. Kerry james started off gud but i left shortly after she started as the club had such a poor atompshere and they was a lot of dicks in they. If promise has many more nites what are as quiet as friday it will probably end up in trouble so come on peeps get to promise and get it back to what it use to b like.
Clubs are bound to go through a few quiet weeks at this time of year as loads of people are saving there money for xmas. It also didn't help that 2 popular night like Crasher and Sundis' where on this weekend aswell.
If it was a choice between going to North or Promise, I know which one I'd be going to... North, no doubt about it!

i imagine everything will be back to normal next week.. its halliwell, the club will be busy and most of the regs will be there.
how was the crowd that bad? Sundissential has more charvas than any real club I've been to yet no one whinges about that... Insomniacz has some right dodgy bastards (at the north re-opening someone got stabbed)... the charvas/beer boys in newcastle are a lot more fun than half the slightly arrogant promise regulars.... They're always up for a good time, they're always the first to dance, they're always good crack. Just cos they get pissed doesn't mean they're nobbers. As for madders yip he got paid, but he hadn't had my custom for about 3 months
I didn't think there was anything wrong with the crowd on Friday. There seems to be a massive prejudice against 'beer boys', but I have never had any problems with anyone in Promise.
