Bret I didn't get a chance to listen to your mix, however, I didn't think it was very good at all.

Proper scouse house is mint, remember rolling into the G-Bar after being at Garlands & it rocked. Really uplifting just what you/I needed at 5 or 6am ish on a Sunday. Maybe it was the drugs but I know I bought a DT8 tune & something called Damaged (I thin) on the Monday.

Had a little listen to your mix & thought it was more ravey than trancey.

I never said they were:spangled: BUT one of the rooms at G-Bar about 2-3 years ago was whacking out some mega cheesy vocal trance stuff which I thought was classed as 'SCOUSE HOUSE' or as Boris Johnson would say 'victim status house'

Scouse house is more ugly than that tart that Wayne Rooney payed to bust. I am well aware that it is cheese.

But not you & even the might of wikipedia will not change my views that 2 or 3 years ago, in the downstairs part of G-Bar a DJ was whacking some scouse house out & I enjoyed it at that moment. As I said in a previous post 'Maybe it was the drugs'

Darren Tate has never produced scouse house and if you're reffering to Plummet - Damaged that wasn't scouse house either. Scouse house is that charver music with gash production and the same klubheads style bassline on repeat.

Plummet - Damaged = charver music with gash production
Most DT8 tunes = charver music maybe not gash production

    Deffinitely not Scouse House though.

It's a natural progression Spence, first you like Scouse House then one day you might move on and be able to appreciate the ethereal and spiritual sounds of Matt Hardwick.
