    Im noticing that the Shindig Shuffle tm is becoming quite popular with u young guns! It even appears in Da_Broonys profile!

    So I just thought id remind everyone who invented it...

    ...ME!

    my god even spidermans doin it!

    but he deffo need to bend those knees a bit more...

    ...actually im giving classes on how to do it most fridays and saturdays from 10 til 1015 @ foundation! (there only 15 mins long because after 1015 that im too fooked to walk never mind shuffle!)

    Due to the BPM in hard trance songs, you will feel the need to dance faster to fit in time with the music, in other words you'll be dancing twice as fukkin fast! Thankyou.
