I know I know, all cider is horrible and i would (honestly) drink pure apple juice all night.

However, I found a bottle lurking around my room today so i put it in the fridge just incase i became desperate for a drink (I haven't been sleeping too well lately, ok?). Confusion came when my dad pulled out a bottle from the fridge and poured it into a glass. I noticed it was a lot more 'wine-looking' than mine was.. mine was a poopy toilet water colour and his looked more like piss. I tried them both and there was a massive difference in taste yet bot bottles cost under £1.75 (2ltr). Up until now i never knew there was much difference at all in the taste of cider and whenever i make snakebites i always go for the cheapest one regardless of the poopyness and pissyness.

Forget white cider I hate that stuff. the 7.5% does it no justice.

For the sake of snakebites however, what is the best cider?

some random cider i bought with my chicken at nando's in the gate, was well nice, tht n some portugese beer

I've tried to drink White Lightning before but I could never get past about 300ml without deciding i'd rather stay sober.. I few of my m8's could handle it but i suppose it takes practice. I have Old Somerset atm and it's vile stuff. I've been polishing it off at 5 gulps per glass. I'm going to stop before i make myself ill as it's not having much affect on me other than the strugle of getting it to my stomach without it bouncing back up.

What's worse, i can't find a lighter to make a :chill:

I swear to god my parents keep stealing the essentials so i can't roll up!

I bet it wasn't cheap tho.. I don't make enough moolah to even consider paying for cider at a bar/club

I wonder what the nicest snakebite is like sometimes i'll get one and it'll be nice and sometimes i get one and it tastes 100% like cider.. lets all pay Luke a visit nd he can give us some samples

we only have woodpecker where i work, tbf woodpecker + carlsberg is a pretty nice blend for snakebite and i hate lager!

crap lager in snakebite is worse tho, carling, eugh.

So whats proper beer? I'd rather drink crap beer/lager than crap cider any day. imagine. carling or white lightning. I can't imagine even having to think about that one

I can drink any beer really.. infact I like carling more than Stella.

lager is only a type of beer, try some bitter, stout, scotch, etc.

i'm just not a fan of fizzy drinks tbh, fizzy beer/lager especially

i work at ryton golf club the amount of work i do compared to safeway is rediculous and i get paid over a quid an hour more to sit on my arse most of the time!

As for the tannoy.. I've never used it since I started in September 2003. It's a horrible invention and I'll never use it.

abusing it is one of the best parts of the job, especially when u mis-pronounce staff names, dave turdgoose

I make friends with random people everytime i go.. I was going to go on my own a few weeks ago until my m8 showed up at the last minute

The majority of the time i'll be on my own anyway cos there'll be people dotted about the whole of foundation that i know so I take a round trip to see them all. The random people i meet that show me magic tricks and tell me jokes are a bonus however

Strongbow and Blue WKD, fucking well nice, and gets you pissed quick just like diesel and snakebite.
