defo by far but u can go enter different hubs if u have DC++ tranceaddict hub is best coz theres 200+ people with 3.5TB of files/mp3s being shared!!! this hub can be used as the people off promise board etc hub!!

theres 2 diff modes of conection, active and passive. try changing them. if u dont know how to change them go to settings at the top ov the screen an it'll bring a window up, select connection an u'll c wot i mean!!! try connecting on the 2 diff settings!!!
theres no signing done, its free, you just connect to each other on a server/hub , you just need the software and the address. which is: download direct connect here: www.neo-modus.com and the address to connect to is: technoorgasm.servemp3.com PS. make sure your not via a proxy or have a crappy firewall installed... i think XP's firewall needs to be disabled too.
