Once again it's old chaps football month on Tyneside, as the Telewest Arena stages the now-annual over-35s Masters Football Tournament on Sunday June 12th at 3pm.

This years event sees Newcastle pitted against their usual opponents from Tees and Wear, with Leeds making the numbers up this time out.

The Newcastle squad is shaping up as follows:

Gary Kelly, Warren Barton, Kevin Scott, Liam O'Brien, Brian Kilcline, Rob Lee, John Beresford, Michael O'Neill, Peter Beardsley, Ian Bogie.

Reserves: Simon Smith, Malcolm Allen, Joe Allon, Albert Craig, Ruel Fox, David Kelly.
