Another rushed film that ILM has rescued. If it makes the reported $120 million it cost to make back it will be soley because the visual effects look tremendous.

i thought the hulk was quite canny. i lied the 'picture in picture' idea nicked from 24 but hey... and the graphics are top. they've gone the route that "hey, it's CGI, lets not try make it look real - lets make it look like what it is - CGI" if u know what i mean. Some films try overly hard to make the CGI look realistic, but they've played on that and i think it works pretty well.

T3 is class. total rip-off of the 2nd like in some parts, but very tongue in cheek with no happy ending. Massivse chase scene in it with huge amounts of destruction.

Enjoyed T3, but it was just not as good as the original or T2 , But I dont think James Cameron directed this one and you can tell and you can sort of guess the ending with 30mins to go :)

twisty face Cameron dropped out for some reason. There was problems with the script as well apparently. Got some other bloke in to finish it. like u say, u can tell. The story isn't told that well is it? Doesn't really explain what kind of Terminator the T-X is, does it? and it's nowhere near as seemingly unstoppable as the T1000 in T2. Doesn't seem as advanced. Still well good though.

I think they took the route "how can you make a 20ft green giant look real?"

Considering they were done by the largest and most sucessful visual effects company in the world, with more Oscars to their name than any company, I doubt they could have been done better by anyone else.

Saw it over the weekend - the film was 40 minutes too long and the ending was dissapointing...

    BUT!!!!!!!!

The special effects in the film were utterly fantastic - Seriously they must have been the most lifelike interaction between 3D models and live action ive ever seen - I was open jawed whenever the Hulk was doing his thing, totally amazing stuff! :D :D

It's funny when people walk away from a film talking about how good the effects are you know there is something fundamentally wrong with the film!
