The Gallery @ Ministry of Sound-advanced tickets sold out 25/04 + May’s lineups

FRIDAY 25th APRIL - THE GALLERY @ MINISTRY OF SOUND

We've sold out of advanced tickets already for our first Gallery post Turnmills on Friday 25th April where we are celebrating not only our 13th Birthday, one hell of an achievement in clubland especially for a weekly night, but also saying a big Gallery hello to our new weekly home in Londontown at the world famous Ministry of Sound. There will be some limited availabiity on the door and tickets continue to sell apace for every week thereafter!

We are thrilled to be taking over Friday nights at the world famous Ministry of Sound. It is a move that cements The Gallery as one of the worlds leading weekly club nights and takes us to a whole new level. To kick start it all we welcome none other than the world’s number one dj to light the birthday candles and to officially launch our new residency in Gaunt Street.

Armin van Buuren is no stranger to The Gallery having played for us on numerous occasions and various events down the years. To secure Armin for such an occasion serves to highlight not only The Gallery’s continued appeal as one of the nights to play at worldwide but also the excitement of the move to a new, larger venue in the shape of Ministry of Sound.

Indeed the first two weeks headliners both got a taste of the MOS goodness when they appeared at the DJ Mag Awards some two years ago, a night that witnessed many a trance fan make their first or long overdue return visit to Gaunt Street.

THE GALLERY - MAY's MEGA LINEUPS AND TICKET INFO

With Armin van Buuren, The Gallery's eagerly anticipated move to Ministry of Sound and the small matter of our 13th Birthday to attend to it is little wonder that tickets have gone out the door in a flash... indeed the whole month of May with its Gallery weekly audio assault is selling at levels we have never seen before...

It is little wonder nor surprise that we suggest advanced tickets really are the best policy and with road blockages becoming somewhat of a Gallery past time we are more than ever aware of ensuring our faithful get to be there.

So for those who need a little refresh here is a little summary of info to help you on you merry partying way as well as a few lines setting out all our forthcoming lineups for May...don't say we have not warned you!!!

Friday 2nd May – Bank holiday gets off to the perfect start as the legendary Paul van Dyk drops by to help us continue the house warming down at Ministry of Sound with a very special extended 3 hour set. Joined by Kuffdam from Pauls Vandit Records as well as Gallery residents Gavyn Mytchel and The Viceroy the main room is destined for some madness whilst Jimmy van M drops a 3 hour set in the Bar... another Gallery roadblock for sure!!

Friday 9th May – The fire it up merchant of Radio 1 prepares to take over Gallery command centre as Eddie Halliwell makes the journey south to join Gallery wonder kid Sander van Doorn, fresh from completing his world album tour, for Friday 9th May. With heavyweight support from European techno talent Lucca and Gallery resident Gavyn Mytchel and rising star Johnny Arthur the main room is poised for the inevitable whilst the Bar sees not one but two album launch parties with John Quivver Graham and Anthony Pappa showing us their latest creative offerings ably assisted by Pete Gooding

Friday 16th May – Markus Schulz is on a roll, do not say we did not warn you, having been supporting and tipping him Markus rightly gets The Gallery’s great honour of a special 3 hour extended set to cement his arrival as one of the new heavyweights. Bringing some friends and talent with him in the shape of genius producer M.I.K.E. and tech trances newest pin up Richard Durand, the warm up falls to Armin van Buuren’s newest tip the proggy tones of Blake Jarrell. The Bar gets the womanly touch as Jo Bills and Lisa German get it all in a fluster in there, doing what they do best

Friday 23rd May – One of the true greats and original superstars, Paul Oakenfold continues our month of Gallery heavyweights as he headlines proceedings with his good friend and one time prodigy Hernan Cattaneo. Another massive dj to start his UK career with us Hernan continues to tour the world to critical acclaim and the prospect of him and Oakie back at The Gallery has got us all going. Seb Fontaine and Gavyn Mytchel round of the main room whilst the Bar hosts Chris Fortier and Peace Division
