    The financial benefit of going 'GREEN'

    The total cost of my combined gas and electric for the winter season is £46 per month, and this can be vastly improved on when our shower is fixed and we get an environmentally friendly dishwasher. My mum, my sister and a few friends all pay around £150 per month.

    hey not to mention the amount of money my smart car is saving me....costs £17 to fill her up and she lasts a week (and i do way above average milage) :tits:

    sorry i know its shit but i was just expressing how happy i am.....it just shows that it doesnt have to be completely about the climate benefitting, your pocket can too...

    i cant wait to ditch Gas and install a wood burner and solar panels that will give me a green smug feeling all over.

    i am getting it done i am creating a full on eco home

    hot water for washing created by the solar panel

    heating and hotter water frm wood burner (20 mins lit enuff ofr bath)

    NO GAS, cooking with electric only

    redic amount of space age insulation in every floor and cavity

    my lass wants to get some chickens for the back garden but i havent decided on that one yet lol
