--THE FACEMELTER--SATURDAY JUNE 14TH--STEREO NEWCASTLE this isnt any properly run night, just a few lads from shields putting one on and having a fucking good laugh while doing it , the last one was at the other rooms during the digital/shindig fiasco and it was a right laugh. loads of different genre's getting played too from minimal to hardstyle 'The Facemelter is a club night we put on at various locations in the North East. We are different to most other nights 'cos we dont just play one type of music. We all love all kinds of music so our nights are an eclectic mix that you can dance to, shake your arse to, fidget around on the dancefloor to or lie on the floor like a reet mong to!!! We normally start off pretty early with an hour or so of Indie tunes old and new, then as the party gets going and the venue fills, we up the tempo. Each DJ generally only plays an hour each so as the DJ changes, so does the vibe. Fidget House, Minimal Techno. Ripping Techno, Drum n Bass, Jungle, Breakbeat and Trance all get the dancefloor pounding. At the end of the night, anything goes, our last party was finished off with a true Facemelter anthem. Adam - What the hell did you have? you were buckled when Char carried you over to say bye and you handed me a full bottle of wine you looked like you couldnt even register what was going on!!! I was loving the beats, apart from some lad playing some Indie then all of a sudden riff comes on I apologise to everyone still there at the end that had to put up with my singing at the top of my voice, was a good idea at the time
i have no idea hun, was ok one minute then proper spackered the next, i cant remember having THAT much to drink tho....didnt take anything else either :spangled: or not that i can remember. i couldnt even speak properly, i remeber trying to talk to you but couldnt form a simple sentance. i think im just a halfer.
