    The End Of Nobby

We believe that media tales telling of interest in Nobby Solano from Steve Bruce's Birmingham City have some basis in fact, but that the £2m offer apparently tabled is some way short of our valuation of the 29 year-old Peru international midfielder.

Whether the good people of St.Andrew's can rake together a few more centavos to up their offer remains to be seen - perhaps they could increase the ground admission prices for Saturday's game from their bargain £35 rate or flog a few more copies of Asian Babes?

Judging from recent audible crowd support for him, were Solano to leave United at this time then it's fair to assume that Sir Bobby and co. would come in for some serious stick from disappointed supporters

it would be massive mistake for him to sell him, its no coincidence that newcastle having being playing well with him back in the team, he gives us alot of balance to the team.
Bobby must really have a problem with him

Probably one of our best players this season. Judging by the way Robson takes him off all the time tho, he clearly isn't appreciated and I wudn't blame him if he wanted to go.

Wud be a big mistake to let him leave tho.

I was hoping Martin O'Neil would sign him. Great crosser of the ball.
