Totally 50/50, Ramsey was unlucky to beat him to the ball, simple as that. Not one iota of malice involved at all. I wouldn't have sent him off to be honest, it could easily have been the other way round if Shawcross had kicked the ball first.

Feel sorry for Ramsey however but all he needs to do is look at Eduardo, he'll be back.

As for Eduardo, yeah he doesn't seem to be the same player but it's not his leg which has been the problem, it's been loads of little niggly injuries which can't really be connected. Another thing Ramsey has going for him is he's only 19, I'm more than confident he'll be back to being the player he was before the challenge yesterday.

Very unfortunate that a 50/50 ended like that. Could've easily been Shawcross who was hurt, and the poor lad looked devastated. Hope Ramsey makes a full recovery.
