no this thread is not a cry for help lol, tis merely a quest for information lol but in the winter i always get dead miserable n depressed for no reason whatsoever n i used to think it was the drugs but seen as if dont do em anymore and havent for nearly 2 years it totally cant be n i was talking to our mams friend 2day n she was sayin how her friend is exactly the same during the "winter months" lol and always feels dead sad n crys lots during the winter n that she has that seasonal deficiency thing where her body doesnt get enough sunlight and as a result gets depressed n i was thinkin maybe i've got that...cos am always happy in the summer months...
or am i bin a hypocondriac...??!! lol!! does anyone else hav this or know anythink about it...?!?! xxxx

i do aswell hunny, get dead pissed off during the winter, its coz its dark, cold and wet....makes you feel depressed as fuck

I only get sad wen I realise I cant go out cuz the rain will make my hair go fuzzy ! Maybe it could be something like that or just the fact its so dark and shitty makes u feel the same?

yeah s.a.d is seasonal .....?...... disorder or sumit int it , all the gray skys n miserable weather makes you feel sad , i try not to let it affect me these days like , i always have sumit in my mind to look forward to to keep me happy !!!

I think the winter makes u feel really depressed Rach definately.. Its harder to get up on the mornings and some days i just dont want 2 go out at all cos its always raining and dark and horrible...

The cold makes me feel dead shit aswell...there is such a thing as that thing ur talking about Rachel! Ive heard of that before 2. I think everyone feels bad in the winter though, everybody gets colds and things aswell !

Ya normally get it if you were born in spring/summer. Summint to do with it being darker in the womb when ya were being made.

it is all true i remember doing about it in psychology in my a levels. cant really remember why certain ppl get it or how to curb the effects.

Its caused by lack of sunlight, cos u probably go to work in the dark and come home in the dark, and never se the light of day. Buy a block of sunbed sessions
