    does anyone know where the cheapest place to get hold of these?? cheapest i know of is amazon.co.uk so far, £370. if anyone knows any better let me know. cheers! :D

    Id dare say you could get them a bit cheaper than that but im not sure where...you tried searching on google,djstore etc etc ... or you could get as list of shops that sell them by mail order and then phone them one by one and play them off on each other so you get the best deal .. who knows you might even get some headphones and stuff.. when i got my Pioneer DJM600 i played a few shops off each other and ended up getting it quite cheaper than id 1st been quote and they through in a set of leads and phones... not bad for a few phonecalls...

    £370 is defntly the cheapest on the internet (from the well known trusty websites) the other hi-fi stores etc. ill just have to phone. u think they would lower there price to beat someone else with something like this??

    Most of them will definately lower the price to get a sale... if they cant lower the price they will normally throow a few extras in for you!! good luck man!! :D

    i started out using google to get my prices. amazon is still the cheapest at £370. i can't see many beating that price as most places are around the £400/£450 mark

    :confused: I don't really think they're that different from the older technics!! Just they don't have that little click at 0.

    Yeah, and the power switch is a little different.

    Destination have Mk5s. Didn't notice until I went through the dipless pitch. Absolutely pointless spending the extra money if you ask me though...

    I agree.

    But even so, they are better decks...never understand why people say they don't like them? Theres nowt not to like imo.
