Tattoo's I am seriously considering getting myself a tattoo but I don't really know what I want to be done. Has anybody here got any links to any websites where I can get some inspiration from?
well said. i wouldent know what to get, but also i dont think i would ever randomly go "ahhh, now thats what i want on my body for the rest of my life" at things.
I can't imagine there is any image on the planet that you wouldn't be fed up of looking at after 6 months. never mind a lifetime
After a bit it stops feeling like a tattoo and just becomes part of you as if it's always been there, like a birth mark or something.

Where abouts on your body are you getting it done? I think if it's on 'public display' then you really need to be 100% certain about what you want. I got a small tatoo when I was 18, and looking back kind of wish I hadn't. It isn't on 'public' display, but it doesn't have much meaning to me any more. Just be absoutely sure it's something you want with you for the rest of your life.
I just want something on the underside of my right arm but I don't want any of that pretencious bollocks of having a name written on it like you see on all these Daves & Steves, I mean, why the fuck do you want your name tattood to yourself? One of my mates lives down London and he is a full time tattooist so I think I'll sit down with him and have a crack at designing my own, he is a mega artist and I have quite a vivid imagination so between the two of us I'm sure we can fuck my arm up quite nicely!
