TalkTalk internet I've recently changed to this ISP (my mams choice, not mine) but despite the horrible things I've heard, I'm pleasantly suprised so far. Unless Pipex, my downloads don't seem to be capped to a stupidly low amount during the day, and I've just realised that I'm connected at 4.5kbps instead of the usual 2mbps that I'm used to. Steady rate of about 400kb/s on my torrents all day Has there been some sort of silent upgrade cos I defo wasn't connected at this speed last week?
