Did anyone else happen to catch this. The fall of a true legend the geeza is 100% completely round the fucking twist i felt well sorry for his kids well step kids

to be honest, i used to feel sorry for gazza but i don't think i do anymore. no one can blame the family for not trying to help him.

i agree with the above, i watched it expecting to get a laugh or two out of it, but it was quite hard-hitting to be fair, he is in a right state

Aye sad sad case but you could tell from the early days he was wild, still is wild but in a completely different way. What summed it up for me was when the older son said something along the lines of 'he doesn't know who he is, he just thinks he's Gazza'.

His main problem was he was just a simple geordie lad and he didnt have the mentality to handle being so famous, going to Italy was probably a big mistake aswell.

Yeah this was quality, some of gazzas crack is proper straight jacket material.His sons a little bender like, sitting kissing a rabbit and saying he doesnt like football

You know like gazza gets loads of sympathy mainly cos of how good a footballer he used to be and what a joker he was

but people conveniently forget how much showbizz sherbet he shovelled up his nose in addition to the drink

i would say that more than anything has contributed to his paranoid state of mind - he had it all on aplate loads of coin etc ...and no one is to blame for splurging it all but himself

plus he has treated his ex wife and kids like crap for years

no one should feel sorry for the guy

he does nowt to help himself

I know i'd be gutted if my son turned out like him, saying that i'd also be gutted if my dad acted like gazza lol.
