Surfing! Yesterday myself and the smogster went surfing for the first time at Tynemouth Longsands, it was great! i recomend it to anyone, only thing that could have made it better would be to manage to stand up before smog says, ill fill you in, yes he stood up, for a grand total of 3 seconds over two waves half an hour apart and wipedout on the second and got a gob full of the north sea any way, pics (hopefully) below! id appologise for the state im in on these but it couldnt be helped and it was magic so i dont care Me, before venturing in:

(btw, geeky point but just noticed it, the boards are Tiki but martins on here looks like its got the gul logo on, its reflected of my suit: geek over )
nah, it was qiute warm with all the gear on, exept i forgot my boots so had to lend bots 3 sizes too small and gloves 3 sizes to big! didnt really feel the cold for about an hour, but coz the gloves were too big the water started getting in and i couldnt warm it up so i winged to make myself feel better (always works!)
