Sunday morning clubbing I dont know whats going on whether its because Im back at college and some old sleeping patterns are creeping in but every sunday morning that I woke up on for the past few weeks, my instinct was to get wrecked and listen to goods music preferably in a club. Is there anywhere roundabout the north east area that some fine sunday morning clubbing goes on ? or is it a trip daaan saaaaf?
I suppose, I can see it starting up somewhere, I have a mystic meg type feel about these things. It aint just New York that dont sleep, I never sleep on the weekend, and I'm sure I'd find a few bunny's to come play wit me !
secret is to drink a pint and a half of orange juice before going to bed, knock a coupla sleeping tablets into ya and when you awake saturday afternoon you have just enough time to get the gladrags on for round 2. although when its saturday for me its round 3. Works a treat as the orange juice replaces the vit C and cleans ya stomach out if ya get me ! god bless Mr Del Monte.
When I was living in Birmingham it was belter when Sundissential was still on Sundays. Failing that, all the bars on Broad Street had 1am licenses and it was always fairly busy. It was class But then again, it was Birmingham
area 51, is it right that they have sunday morning clubbing on ? I'm sure that we nearly ventured in there after crasher one night. we managed to get the bus driver, my mates bro, to get to the door, but thanks to the loved up coupla on the back of the bus wanting to go home and make babies and choose a wedding dress, we couldnt. You know who you are, wherever you are ! :evil:
am sure they do like. we ended up there after crasher once - were freezing - and was sumwhere to go!! was playing nailz like inside - hardhouse to keep every1 awake
yeah thats right i can remember getting a bunk up to the tinted windows for a listen off me mate, and she sounded rather hard, so we took our frozen selves up the road to enquire about a pint of milk(love the stuff me like) then went back dowm. thats defo me next mission before it starts getting well cold !
You mean Insomniacz, that was on sunday mornings 4am-midday. It use to be at the corporation, then the NCPM then Club europa cross from crasher, that'll be the place you're thinking of. Sunday mass use to be at club europa sunday mornings when Insomniacz was at NCPM. Then Sunday mass stopped, Insomniacz moved back to club europa as a trial period but the council had enough and didnt grant them another afterhours license cos of what goes on. So Insomniacz went away, had a few afterhours nights in Birmingham, came back to Sheffield and did some sunday afternoons. It's done 1 or 2 afterhours lately at the new corporation, maybe the council are going soft, but if they fuck up again they can kiss any afterhours good bye again. It all depends on the councils, they have to grant you a late license, arent they really strict in the north east? most of your clubs close at 3/4am, doubt any get afterhours licenses then. If you want an afterhours, you'd have to travel to Leeds for Glasshouse, or Afterssential in Birmingham, or Trade in London when its on.
