The Fragments EP is the first solo material to be released on Digitized by Phil Stringer, known as Sulaco, a producer already making a name for himself in the trance world as a breath of fresh air, contrasting to the generic sound. Prefering to go for the haunting melodies and the progressive build-ups, with long, atmospheric breakdowns, Sulaco has a sound all of his own, reminscent of M.I.K.E. or Laurent Veronnez. Both tracks on the EP capture Sulaco's signature sound beautifully. Fragments is a tough, well rounded club track, a perfect peak-time trancer to destroy the dancefloor, while B-side Realm Of Infinity is a more versatile, progressive number that would work well anywhere in a set. Both tracks combine a soaring synth line with a tough, well-rounded bassline that promises to reverberate the speakers wherever it is played.
