SUBSTANCE this Friday (the 22nd) At Camp David, FREE ENTRY all night long 8pm-3am This Friday (the 22nd) kick off your bank holiday in style without breaking the bank at free entry Substance at Camp David. We’ve got two great guests lined-up. Warming things up with top drawer deep house is Lee Jennings and then pushing things on later we have Eddy Munsen. It all starts at 8pm with myself bringing the disco and chuggers before Lee comes on at 10pm for an hour and a half of deep house goodness, Gary C will then bridge the gap at 11:30pm stepping things up before Eddy blows you away with an hour and a half set starting at 12:30am. As usual it’ll cost you the princely sum of absolutely nowt to get in all night long! Lee Jennings Me and Lee have been mates about 15years and both got into house music around the same time, we were both blown away by the likes of Daft Punk at the Mayfair and Derrick Carter at the riverside back around 97/98. Since then Lee has developed his own dj’ing style and played all over the place, the occasions I’ve been fortunate enough to play alongside him I’ve noticed he has an annoying (for any other djs on the bill anyway) knack of playing exactly the right tunes at just the right time with almost Derren Brown like powers of crowd reading. Really looking forward to getting Lee on to play as I’m sure it’ll be a blinder. He’s played at all manner of nights from the ‘Electric Spank’ sessions at Stereo and various secret warehouse parties to a full moon party in Thailand and Plastic Ibiza.
