    Can someone help me out?

I need to take a stereo unballanced signal and do the following to it...

    Combine it into mono.

Delay the sound very slightly (<.1 secs).

    Add a little gain.

Is there an all in one solution to do this or am I looking at a basic mixing desk and a seperate digital delay?

    Thanks. :)

Is it a hardware input (i.e. a cable) or a music file?

You should be able to do all that in soundforge.......

Record the stereo signal into soundforge.

Save it as a mono file.

Add the required delay to the file.

    Normalise to the required level.

    Save it :)

I guess most audio recording/editing programs will be able to do the same, although I'm not sure, but soundforge can.
