has to be a lad called barry who used to dj at primos in leeds years ago. dancin away on the stage, next thing i know the muppets theme music comes in (without the lyrics)! the whole place stopped except me and a mate who just kept on dancing

looked over at the dj booth and barry was in hysterics behind the decks applauding us two muntered idiots.

one of the best nights of my life that one!! :D

The theme music from Tales of the Unexpected was regularly played at Nice. It was hilarious as everyone would do (normally very poor) imitations of the woman in the opening title.

Though I expect most people on here won't have a clue about the programme!

The first time I heard it, a group of us were over in a corner, and started doing the dance, as you do. After a couple of seconds we realised that this probably looked totally ridiculous, only to turn around and see the rest of the club doing it too!

I'm sure i've heard Judge Jules play 'Jenny from the block' somewhere a long time ago...

That (normally not v good) dj in WHQ once played the whole clip from the dance competition in jack rabbit slims from Pulp fiction. That was class.
