    Stopping Smoking

Over a week now and only one relapse

It's not as hard as I thought it would be, no patches/gum either.

Just need to stay out of pubs/clubs and away from drink in general.

Am I over the worst ?

The first week is by far the worst- you'll probably be over the majority of the physical addiction now, it's all about willpower!

I stopped on Sunday after the boat, then had a crap day on Tuesday so had a relapse. Quit again on Thursday. Went out drinking last night which is the biggest challange for me because that's the time when I am most likely to smoke- a drink and a fag just go so well together. I managed it though andit was actually a lot easier than I thought. I was with a group of non-smokers though.
