    He may not be the most technically gifted player in the world but his work rate and attitude can never ben questioned. If I was a manager I wouldnt want any other player in my team if I had the choice.

    Hes very close, and no doubt will be far better when he fully matures. Its scary to think hes only 19 (or is he 20 not sure)

    Think the coaches are more important than the captain since they're the ones who decide the tactics, so if Venables is named as assistant i'll be very happy. Think he and Maclaren (sp?) could get us playing good football again. Terry or Gerrard will both be good captain.
