For everyone thinking it's shit running a mile, it's an organised event, with hundreds of runs being organised up and down the country. It's not the distance that counts, but the sponsorship raised. In 2002 and 2004 Sports Relief raised £31 million, half of which has been spent in this country, the other half going towards various projects in the third world.

I think it's a worthy cause, more so than your wardrobe anyway Alex. How much can a white primark vest set you back anyway?
