dont send it away to anyone
i sped up mine a bit a go, but cudnt be assed with it cos it makes the pitch control more sensitive, so i set them back to 0

take of the platter, unscrew the protective dust guar bit, and then when u open up the deck u will see 2 screws, one says brake next to it, its the one just above it, u turn it as far as it goes clockwise and then u have sped them up to +16

if u want to set them back its a bit harder

u do same but turn opposite way

thing is u keep having to put deck back together and check the platter dots against the red led to see if it lines up, i.e. on certain speeds 0,3.3,6 different dots shud appear stationary in the light

dont do it on 0 tho, do it on 6 its more accruate

Why not ditch your technics and get some Vestax?? 100% pitch is built into them

Surely if you are playing stuff at more than 20bpm faster, alot of it will sound ridiculous without a master tempo on it???

And playing stuff at 185bpm is well well well offside
