I'd say give him till the end of October, if good results havent started coming in it might be time to look elsewhere
he's started the season, let him finish it. much as i dislike the bloke, he is actually trying to bring in the right type of players. if he gets 2 players he's after, we'll be a good team this year imo

man-management - i agree judging of players - dont really agree with that. boumsongs been a good signing, emre will be good, parker will be good, luque (i know arent singing him but he's a good player) tactics - if he still plays 4-5-1 when/if we buy a striker then i'll agree. i just cant help thinkin(and hoping!) that he's just playin 4-5-1 cos we dont have a decent striker!! heres to hoping
