Sound Forge Problem... ok, i've jus put sound forge on my new laptop an sorted out all the line in/mic settings so it doesn't clip... but the sound is really shit... it sounds muffled and you can't hear the vocals. then if you have the channel faders really low, it sounds a bit better but still poor quality, while the volume guage thingy (that tells you if its clipping) doesn't move at all... an the sound wave thingy that you can see looks like it does when the vols too high and the sound is clipping... but at a much lower level than it did on my other laptop... any help would be much appreciated!
Re: Re: Sound Forge Problem... yeah its 7... but it worked on my other laptop :spangled: will try getting 6 an see if that sorts it... will not be happy if its that other thing to do wi the socket tho.
