    Soulseek

Ive just downloaded this as Limewire has gone completely shite and every song you try and download opens a fkin website!!

Anyway, what do I need to be looking for on Soulseek when wanting a track, do I go for the ones in black or gray, ones with certain bitrate, etc

higher is better quality, but try and go for stuff at least 192 kbps, below that and its starts to get a bit poo imo.

    aye.
If its for playing out then i would always go for 320 kps, as even 192 can sound poor on a big system. Its too much of an arse on using Soulseek ect, all the time you spend hunting and queing for stuff when you can legally buy a download at much better sound quality for £1.50 with a lot less hassle.

Not to mention the fact that the artist gets paid from legal downloads and playing downloads from SS/Limewire ect is illegal ;)
