    Some of my tunes

    just want to get some opinions from this board to my own home made tunage...

    Ive had a few comments good and bad (to help me and give me tips to improve)

    theres a few hardhouse and a couple trancey ones....

    They sound like all other hh tunes.

    your first one is quite bouncy.. sounds a bit gash. the slowing down hoover thing is a no go.. it sounds like you're trying to take up time.. it doesnt add anything to the tune.

    your other one with hoovers isnt al that great, you've used the hoovers too much and they sound wanky. you want them to sound powerful, not like a 35 y/o vacuum with suction problems.
    dont get me wrong, some bits are good, but some are poor.
    close, but no beaver ;)

    Fucked up starts canny good but the main riff sounds a bit shite imo. especially the slowing down hoovers :spangled:

    Not a bad effort mind you!

    Miss XS's tunes are alot worse :up:

    To be fair though Sarah those aren't bad attempts. Many good producers will have done alot worse in their past.. keep at it!

    ps, any chance of a graft?

    therein lies the beauty of hardhouse.. if you cant get any hardhouse just switch yer hoover on.
