did they give you the "well, it IS made in italy you know, they have long weekends there and 'siestas' " did they try and sell you SOFA INSURANCE? i was GOBSMACKED when they said "well it covers marks and scratches to the leather" they sell you pissing insurance everywhere u go nowadays. twunts.

it's like that suposed letter from an irate B&Q customer to their customer services department, went along the lines of Dear B&Q, i'm very glad to see you sponsored Ellen MacArthur's around the world trip and winning it in record time, however i fail to see how it takes 26 weeks to deliver a kitchen from a depot 3 miles down the road.
ffs unless its a one of a kind five seater sofa made from platinum and encrusted with diamond youd think theyd either have some ready or have the ability to put it together quickly and get it sent out .
