Sober / Light 'Clubbing'

    Sober / Light 'Clubbing'

    Tried this for the first time in what, about 4 years yesterday - Eye opening experience.

    Went out into London last night and all i had from about 10pm till 2am was 2 cans of red stripe, a pint of carlsberg and a double bacardi and coke. Did this deliberately to see what it was like to go out with a clear head.

    Utterly exhausted by about 1am... left the club at half 2. Couldnt really enjoy the music past about midnight cause i was just concious of being so tired.

    Hybrid and Lawler were class tho - Clubs seem to have such a good vibe when you have some chunky prog/house. Feels more 'party' like as opposed to if its trance or whatever.

    I dunno how anyone manages to go clubbing with a clear head, or without staying in bed that day till about lunch time - impossible! :eek:

    ... waking up in the morning JUST feeling a bit tired, and not having smoked a load of cigarettes, or having the room spinning is a new feeling tho :D

    Ive got you in my outlook diary but got 2 people coming over to my gaff for summit else. Gutted.

    going clubbing with a clear head is good when randoms start talking to you - becasue you still have your wits about you, you can really screw with them and wind them up

    went to creamfields last yr n didn't drink or anything the entire time and enjoyed it just as much part from being totally baltic! I enjoy goin out sober from time to time means i come away from a night and remember it all, wake up feeling like a human rather than a space cadet plus able to stand and laugh at everyone else from the night before :D Some of the best times ive had have been when i've been sober

    ... i find it utterly impossible after being at work that day and stuff. Probably worth going out on saturday after a decent nights kip and a lie in.

    Lasting allnight without the aid of drugs is all down to practice :) Once you've done it a few times, its fairly easy and the tiredness subsides :)

    Ive been clubbing "clean" for over two years and absolutely love it, all you need is a few cans of red bull and maybe a pint or two. However, if the music isnt up to scratch then its dire (which isnt very often at all)

    ... when i was at Cream feilds i was at the Train Station on the way back and i seen this kid in a ball... head in his jumper knees tucked up inside aswell... underneith the seat... i was laughing my head off shouting about it going "look at that dont you realise"... giving the space cadets ha !! shocks ... bless.......i was on a straight head and was knackered but had awoke in it ... was mad .. i was sitting outside of Boots the chemist shouting big issue taking the piss. I realised everyone was just knacked.

    but aye, i much prefer clubbing straight headed tiz better than trying to text some one realising about 15 minutes later your staring at the carpet not the screen saying shit i'm texting remember lol... when your back at home ...scary that for me now like wont touch pills nee more.

    £2.60 for a can of Shark ... tut tut :D
