i quite enjoy funky house sometimes, but its a pity they have to play rnb. It's a bit like expecting a goth to dance to busted and mcfly at a mosh-party.

Aye. Thought so. Doesn't Slik Fingerz play r'n'b and funk every week in the back room?

And with that news, Smile has died.

Went to Supafly last week, and the tunes were mostly mint. £1.50 for a double makes it twice as economical as Smile as well!

A real shame, I remember seeing Tom Neville at Smile last year, getting absolutely ruined on about a tenner and having an amazing night :(

There was a group of us that used to make the pilgrimage from the sticks every monday last year during the summer (and every other one before that) :) Red Stripe & Vodka + Shark

Don't think we'll be going now if it's rnb downstairs :(

    Whats supafly like?

I had a really good night last time - they play all sorts, its still quite commercial, but there's rock and dance downstairs, some funky stuff in room 2, and a live band on upstairs....

    Worth checking out

Really? That's fucking awful, I was hoping to get to Smile sometime soon but there's absolutely no way I'm going if it's r'n'b downstairs now. Fuck that!!
