Sleep Walking

I think I might have been sleep walking last night, I had a dream that I had moved into a new house and it kept getting broken into every night without anything getting pinched, just moved around a bit. The last time they'd broken in, they'd damaged the lock, so I was messing about with it (in my dream)

When I woke up this morning my front door was open

Well that cant be the reason

Its better than sleep paralysis anyways, that always scares the shit out of me!

I used to sleep walk, think it was mostly in my second year at University. Always when I'd been out for a drink or three. Took my housemates and I ages to work out what all the clattering in the kitchen at peculiar times of night was. Eventually worked it out when I woke up one morning and couldn't find the jeans I'd had on the night before. I knew I wasn't drunk enough to come home without them, so was very confused. However, I did find my flatmate's shoes in my room. When I put them back in his room, there were my jeans (he was staying at his gf's that night, so it couldn't have been him). God knows what I was doing, but I don't think I did it again after that.

A friend of mine was regularly picked up by the Police, wandering around the streets in her pyjamas, fast asleep.

I'd never had a history of sleep walking, but when i was taking drugs heavy and clubbing around 17/18 i started doing it loads.

My mam was watching tv late one night and i walked past her in the living room and went into the kitchen, i made a raw bacon sandwich and left it on the kitchen table then went to bed, i've also put a couple of microwave meals in as well.

It's freaky

The moral of the story seems to be that you shouldn't go to bed hungry!

i went into me mam and dads room one night and was about to unleash a yellow stream upon their wall before me dad shouted at me. i was at me mates another time through sunderland and opened his wardrobe at about 3am for a piss infront of him and me other mate while they were watching tele. tbh i could be doing owt in me sleep and id have nee idea, i always wake up nackered still nackered

ive done it loads!got up and went outside my house and put an imaginary thing in the bin!went in my parents room and lent over my mam and just stared@her!then the other nite a got up and put the gas on and got the frying pan out and put 6 rashers of bacon in it,a finally wokeup with a egg in my hand,this was 1am!all these times i was sober.

I used to sleep walk loads when I was younger, around 7/8 years old.

Once my Mam heard banging in my room so she got up to investigate. I wasn't there. So she started looking around the house but couldn't find me. Then she heard another bang from upstairs so ran back up. She found me standing in my wardrobe fast apleep.

Another time she heard the front door slam shut in the early hours of the morning. She ran downstairrs to find me sleep walking down the street with a toothbrush sticking out my mouth.

never sleep walked before, imagine if ya left the cooker on or summit, sounds quite dangerous! lucid dreams are amazing, i used to be able to do them at will, not anymore though. everything looks super real, u cant distinguish from the real world its that realistic, oh and the ability to do anything ya please. usually when im just about to get a nosh i wake up

i used to get really bad night terrors when i was a kid, and sleep paralysis scared the shit out of me, but im used to it now. i clouted me mar reet in the face one time and woke up and cudnt remember anything. sleeps weird as fuck, so much unexplained!

ya can t move and it feels like someones sitting on ya, and in ya dream theres normally someone sitting on ya legs n that, same thing as night terrors, most common one apparently is an old witch sitting on ya legs, ive had one where a small boy has been sitting on me couch and ive been lying in bed and its been lucid as fuck, i couldnt move an inch and i was just lying there looking at him with a feeling of pure terror haha.

Ahhhh - I used to get that all the time from too much partying and not enough sleep, used to scare the shit out of me, there was some clothes on my floor one night and I thought it was a dead body, I then started hallucinating and the "dead body" satup straight and stared at me, was awful
