was just wonderin if any1 esle suffers from this?

apparently its brought on by changin sleep patterns, n since we're all guilty of this at weekends.......

Got back from Ibiza last year n nearly had to get me mam to sleep wi me was that shitting myself from the shocks / twitches ect that i was having

Its horrible - one minute ur just settling n ya will fall asleep then ya wake up n ya heads awake but ya body aint - too much caining it was on my case or too much lack of sleep

yeah was getting it last night, monsters coming up the stairs with axes or something and I couldnt move a muscle but was awake

really really scarey aint it!

but i still gettin it even wen i had me break from clubbin etc.........do get mad wooshy buzzin sounds goin thro yer body too??

its really scary sometimes innit. I get wooshes in me ears and crazy twitches un all. Poor scooby's given up sleeping on me bed cos I keep sending her airborne. bless , then I get this evil/confused stare like "what the fukk was that for u twat? was just sleeping here peacufully then you kick me against the wall. why?"

auw poor scooby! i never move around to scare me cats tho, they all sleep around me wen im on me own like theyr pretectin me or summat! cute!

U get a piercing orrid noise in both ears like bee's or wasps or summit as if there in there - its not nice like and im same i get it when i aint been clubbing - suppose its one of them things really - i cant imagine what it would be like for someone who is hardcore 24/7 !!!

i been readin up on it quite a bit, its dead interestin.........some ppl beleive its the start of astral projection....some ppl get it but 'jump awake' before it kicks in......thats y ppl suddenly awake for no reason. but wen u get sleep paralysis its like the next stage apparently........freaky shit!

Its as if ya heads like "Im awake" yet the body is "Zzzzzzz" its mad tho when its pitch black and ya aint a clue whats going on

i get all that, bees in ya heed is horrible! Does anyone get what feels like big sparks crackling between your ears when youre going to sleep?

I had this dream a while back where my body was asleep and head (big) was trying to wake me up... this thing was coming for me, the most :evil: thing ever to exist, would kill me with one look, but only if I was asleep.... I could see it coming towards me over Newcastle, then thru my front door, hurtling down my back passage.....

and I woke up when it got to my bedroom door, just in fucking time! 'Cept if I went back to sleep, it was going to come into my room and kill me....

i hate going to sleep, coz it really freaks me out, it's such a weird feeling and i dont like it, i used to be really really bad and try and stay up as long as possible, i got to the point where i had to go without sleep
that weird buzzing noise is horrible!
i dont like it, it's too freaky for me and makes my mind go into over drive

That buzzing noise is from standing too close to the speakers!

Nee good! Chewing me ears off is bad enough and just when ya wanna settle for a sleep the damn ringing just wont stop! twitching is funny as fuck like - annoying but funny!

I was just talkin to Steve about this kind of thing yesterday. It freaks me out big style cause I always think I'm dead.

this was one of the main reasons i cut back on my caning. it got to a point where i couldn't handle it anymore.

Worst i ever felt was after Creamfields 2000 - I'd been up for 18hrs, lasted till 5am - no toxins of course cos that isnt my style. BUt one thing was sure.. soon as i hit the pillow all could hear was a beat inthe background.. an odd droning sound.. then a trip i'll never forget..
Afterwards, sunday morning trip back was horrid.. i felt worse than sh*te.
So you see .. even music can affect you like you'd never expect

On the sleep paralysis side.. you can reach that state by going into a completely relaxed state of mind through focusing on your breathing. Documented stuff.

I used to get twitchy legs from ages ago....

Si reckons that sleep paralysis thing is your body sleeping but your heads still awake, thinks you're dead and tries to wake you up, can't so shit's itself!

He was dreaming once in that state, trying to call out his babes name (Vikki) to help him, so in his sleep was going ...
