Sky BB Just for those who are thinking of changing their broadband I am regularly getting download of speeds of around 700 to 900 kbs with skys 16mb connection on a hardwired connection, not wireless. I get around 250kbs wireless. Just some useless info for people...
Is it generally the case that broadband is slower through a wireless connection, because I was wanting to go wireless but I can only get 3meg speed through my hardwire so wouldnt want it any slower
Thats still pretty decent over wireless, I'm assuming the quality of your wireless router will make a big difference to what speeds you'll get
It's just the standard free one that sky sent - netgear DG834GT I think - surprised how well it works.
