Are they all knackers or is it just the 1's in my village...

Theres nothing I enjoy doing more than hending down the village to sit on a bench and watch skate boarders tear chunks out of their legs I fail to see what they get from trying some "rad" stunt and falling flat on their arse, that would be enough to put me off but these chumps then repeat the exercise again and again never landing one fucking trick untill they eventually face plant the curb and lose their fucking teeth (to which their gimpy mate usually shout something witty like "you da man!!!" such wit!)

It isn't just the whole fucking stupidity of the actual sport... I can't stand the way they talk, dress or act... They're not american they're british...

i like skaters, but you know that, i love lads in skater cloths, and i love seeing them do tricks, even when they do fall over!!

Don't get me wrong the 2 people I love watching fall over are fat people and skaters... makes me smile

not an expert on yoof culture, but...

most of our youth culture comes from the US. i.e. goths/punk and sk8rs. Look outside Kathmandu and they are all wearing Slipknot an Korn gear. At thier age (i.e. too young to go clubbing) the only alternative is UK youth culture, i.e. Girls Aloud

At least they've rejected the pap they get fed, and maybe some will develop thier own style eventually and become real people

Its a case of monkey see monkey do... MTV shows hip hop, metal, punk, etc. as fashionable so the little british teenagers cover themselves in american trends and try their very hardest to be ghetto..

yea, but they are only little. Little people are about at the end of thier programming. Some will try to break it, some won't. Some litte ones are lucky enough to be properly taught to think as individuals. I suspect your parents were like this, lucky you!
