sick of damn pop ups!! im sick of damn pop ups in internet explorer!! i mean even the porn ones are gettin annoying now any of u got any decent programs 2 stop em?!
if you go on the crasher meaasge board i think a pop-up to stop pop-up's pop's up. (i hope that made sense) But you can't get onto certain things on the web and some downloads wont work as it considers it a pop-up. But apart from that it worked fine. Personally i got rid of it and just kept getting rid of em by hand.
if anyone uses download programs such as winmx, kazaa or morpheus I hope u know when u install these programs they install spy ware & advertising stuff (this is why the programs are free), these can cause alot of pop ups when your browsing the net. you can get a program called ad-aware from http://www.downloads.com which will search your pc and delete these files for u. it works quite well
if ya get norton internet security, it comes with an ad-blocker... however it does block a few pages thinkin there ad's, but u tell it if a page is not an ad... i think it does a pretty good job...
