shit collection I have sent the following to NTC. "I would like to enquire about two issues which are concerning me. Firstly, that my bin at ****************** was not collected this morning along with the other bind on the street, although I had it in an accessible position outside this residence with the handles facing outwards. Some have speculated this is because my bin contained animal waste. I would like to ask you as my second point of concern what you wish me to do with this aforementioned waste, if you will not collect my bin with it containing such items. I can find no information on your website regarding disposal of the waste, and wish to be contacted to confirm the next course of action.
