    I've never been a big fan of him, but to reject the biggest team in the country, and perhaps the world - twice, to fulfill your childhood dream of scoring goals for your hometown club gets major respect off me.

    Sooner he's back in a dugout the better cause he has the attributes to become a good manager IMO.

    Yeah, from the moment he said he was joining newcastle to win trophies!

    Shearer and Sutton at blackburn though :drool: One went on to play for one of the biggest clubs in the UK, the other went to Newcastle :lol: Respect to him for sticking with them though
