    shafted pc.. again.. well kinda..

right got in last nite after the worst 2 days of colouring in ever...

knocked the pc on and it got to the login screen and some gash popup came on and said..

'windows is shutting down 59.. 58.. 57.. because you a cunt' or something..

anyway.. bollox to it.. re-installed xp on the same partition. but cant get to my files..

right geeks - if i un-install the xp i installed last nite and make a nu partition on the drive and install again - will i b able to get at my files cos at the minute i cant.. (i sound like i know what im on about but dont have a clue ;) )

(the files arent that essential.. just mp3's.. bit of freelance and the like.. but is still like to get to em.. my important stuff is on an unplugged hard drive.. )

    cheers in advance... :funky:

thats the old blaster thingy... i may have a removal tool for it... actually - look on www.microsoft.com and search for 'blaster removal' and there's a tool on there... you'll need the patch too...

But SP2 SHOULD have it already in.... ?!?!?!
