After yet another long summers break, we are itching more than ever to get back in the ‘Ballrooms’.
As we approach our 5th birthday in January we are proud to announce our finest and most forward thinking autumn/winter programme yet featuring the likes of Huxley, Burnski, Mosca, Tom Demac, Danny Daze + more…

    • HUXLEY (Tsuba / Hypercolour)

London based Huxley has been producing since his late teens, seeing initial underground success as a garage producer before later being snapped up by cecille records where his sound partly mutated towards a deeper, house-based sound in the past few years.

Huxley has delivered releases for an enviable roster of labels (Tsuba, Morris Audio, Fear of Flying, Hypercolour and 20:20 Vision for starters) and has stayed true to his robust, bass-led strain of house music that reflects his formative interests in UK and US Garage

    • BURNSKI (Poker Flat / Real Tone)

In a day and age where the definition of ‘house’ is constantly being re-conceptualised, a new breed of young-blood producers step forward bringing with them a deep and groove-laden sound building on classic timbers. At the forefront we find Burnski. Deftly abridging vintage Detroit and Chicago, always infused with the unmistakeable Burnski charm, he is moving dancefloors all over the world.

The steadfast vinyl advocate regularly takes his organic and
deep-erring sound to the most noted clubs and nights around the world. These, at a glance, include fabric London, Watergate and his home-turf of Berlin, the LA Rooftop Standard, The Electric Pickle in Miami, MAC in Barcelona and Rex Club in Paris to name but a few, along with holding down a residency at Leeds’ finest Back To Basics.

    • SHENODA (Hypercolour / Losing Suki)

Less is definitely more when it comes to some artists and Hypercolour/Fear of Flying artist Shenoda is a good example of a producer who doesn't hurry what he does.

With just a handful of releases and remixes, the London-based artist has developed a sound which skews classic deep house tropes to make truly contemporary pieces of engaging but dancefloor music. Initially becoming part of the tight knit Hypercolour family with a remix in the label's early days, he's gone on to become one of the label's key producers and his 2011 'Shots' EP broke into areas way beyond the usual house spheres, with Martyn, Konrad Black, Mosca and Deetron all being vocal advocates.
